All alcohol is purchased by the customer as the Canadian liquor laws prohibits the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle. This also eliminates the possibility of a mark up on the alcohol and allows the host to fully customize their drink selection. In saying this, we will, however, provide a detailed grocery list upon request.

Sway Bar will provide a consultation that will give an accurate amount of alcohol needed based on the number of guests at your event.

A Special Occasion Permit (SOP) is required any time alcohol is offered for sale anywhere other than in a licensed establishment or a private place (such as a private property or home). Yes, we are insured by liquor liability insurance. On top of that, all of the servers we employ are Smart Serve Certified.

Our trailer is 7' x 14' x 8' allowing us to serve a wide range of indoor and outdoor events.

Sway Cart is 4' x 5' x 24" and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor events.

Our trailer includes a dual tower kegerator allowing for multiple draft beers or liquors, a bar back fridge along with a wine fridge and multiple ice bin stations to keep our mixes and alcohol cold. The Trailer is also equipped with a fully operating sink and custom hanging racks to display your glassware.

Our bar cart includes a dual tap kegerator along with an ice bin and sink to keep your garnishes and mixes chilled.

Our trailer requires a 15 amp power supply at or near the bar location. If extra packages are added to the bar rental, an additional power supply may be required. ​For residences with limited power, there is an option to rent a generator in the rare case that the power supply is not sufficient.

Anything from flowers and garlands to signage and balloons, we encourage it all.

Yes we offer alcohol pick up for our clients and an additional travel fee will be charged.
